Case History

  • KICK OFF MEETING 2022

    Client: THE ADECCO GROUP
    When: July 6-7, 2022
    Where: Courmayeur – Grand Hotel Courmayeur Le Blanc

    Objective: To organize a corporate meeting combined with a moment of relaxation for Adecco employees, creating a unique and unforgettable kick-off event.

    The ACX Project: We aimed to enhance the event’s location—the mountains—a setting that is already original and unusual for a summer gathering. After a meeting held in one of Courmayeur’s finest hotels, an aperitif, dinner, and after-dinner party were organized in a carefully designed and customized geodome. The 250 guests enjoyed a dinner with breathtaking mountain views before dancing the night away under the stars.

  • PLACE 2024

    Client: Dr. Leonardo Calò
    When: June 13-15, 2024 (20th edition curated by us)
    Where: Rome – Spazio Field – Palazzo Brancaccio

    Objective: To organize a medical-scientific conference in a new way, making it as sustainable and green as possible.

    The ACX Project: For the 2024 edition of Place, we implemented several initiatives to make it a green event:

    • We selected a venue that is easily accessible on foot and by public transport, reducing the environmental impact of travel.
    • Recycling stations were placed throughout the congress area to facilitate waste sorting and minimize waste production.
    • We digitalized as much congress material as possible, significantly reducing paper usage. The exhibition area was set up without traditional stands, using only the furniture available at the venue.
    • We used recyclable materials for signage and compostable materials for catering to facilitate waste disposal and recycling.
    • No badges or lanyards were provided, reducing plastic use and unnecessary materials.
  • 132nd Session of the Committee of Ministers

    Client: MAECI
    When: May 19-20, 2022
    Where: Turin – Reggia di Venaria + Palazzo Madama

    Objective: To organize the most important event of the Italian Presidency Semester of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, attended by 350 participants from all member and observer countries, including the Foreign Ministers of the member states.

    The ACX Project: Two days, two prestigious venues, 350 participants, 46 Foreign Ministers, and only one month to organize everything. The event planning was guided by three fundamental principles:

    • Environmental sustainability – preference was given to glass, ceramics, and fully biodegradable and compostable materials.
    • Non-discrimination and gender equality – no discrimination based on gender or ethnicity was made in selecting the large support staff.
    • Made in Italy – menus featured top-quality, exclusively Italian and locally sourced products to highlight the excellence of the territory.

    Given the complex political context, the event was organized in a hybrid format to allow the Ukrainian Minister to participate remotely.
